Crimea State Medical University, a leading university in Russia, was established in the year 1931.   • Your completed application form including your full name, date of birth, citizenship, permanent address, passport number, phone, fax, and e-mail.
  • Original of Transcript of your high school or college/university education with a complete listing of courses together with Originals of all your diplomas, certifications and licenses. But all need to be translated into Ukrainian language and legalized by the Russian embassy in your country).
